Count Egobossler, born Erun (also known as Helm), entered the world as the illegitimate son of the Great Count Egobossler and Margot, a maidservant in their Satanhofen castle in Geltland. Unaware of his true parentage, he endured a harsh upbringing as a servant under his father's oppressive rule alongside his mother. A pivotal moment arrived when the Great Count's legitimate son, Kassel, broke his arm. Blaming Erun, the Great Count brutally whipped him. Margot intervened, taking the whipping herself and succumbing to her injuries. With her dying breath, she revealed the Great Count was Erun's father and urged him against hatred. Erun, consumed by rage and vengeance, rejected her plea. After Margot's death, Erun underwent extensive plastic surgery to resemble Kassel, a procedure that inexplicably turned his skin blue and his hair white. He also acquired a distinctive facial scar during a confrontation with Kassel. Returning to Satanhofen, he assassinated the Great Count, imprisoned Kassel, usurped the title of Count Egobossler, and declared himself "The Devil's Child," ruling as a dictator. This marked his complete transformation into a figure of ruthless ambition and a drive for absolute power. Consolidating power over Satanhofen, he formed the Egobossler Family and launched a campaign to conquer the Iroppa continent. An early clash with the Science Ninja Team saw his forces unexpectedly bolstered by Sosai Z, a remnant of the destroyed space computer Sosai X. Recognizing mutual advantage, Egobossler forged an alliance, incorporating his organization into the restructured Galactor syndicate as its new sub-leader. Unlike previous Sosai X-created leaders, he joined voluntarily to exploit Sosai Z's technology for his world domination goals. He expressed admiration for his predecessors, Berg Katse and Gel Sadra, considering them personal idols. Commanding Galactor subordinates like armored division commander Mechandol and intelligence officer Kempeler, his leadership demanded absolute loyalty, meting out brutal executions for betrayal or failure. He ordered the death of Duke Onken, an old friend aware of his true identity as Erun, to eliminate any threat to his legitimacy. Kempeler later attempted a coup by freeing the imprisoned Kassel, but Egobossler crushed the rebellion, executed Kempeler by firing squad, and killed Kassel. He maintained a bitter rivalry with fellow Galactor leader Marstora, deliberately withholding reinforcements that led to Marstora's death. Though generally cold, he showed a degree of respect for Mechandol's unwavering loyalty, particularly when Mechandol sacrificed himself protecting Egobossler during their rebellion against Sosai Z. His personal vendettas extended to the Science Ninja Team, especially Ken. He orchestrated the destruction of their underwater base, Gallatown, and personally murdered their mentor, Dr. Nambu. To further desecrate Nambu's memory, he transmitted a holographic projection of himself dancing on Nambu's grave during the funeral and subsequently destroyed the gravesite. He later confronted Ken directly in a sword duel, receiving a facial scar from Ken. Discovering Sosai Z's plan to destroy Earth using an antimatter asteroid ("Poison Apple"), he realized it would annihilate his intended empire. Choosing Earth's survival to preserve his conquests, he led his remaining forces in a suicidal assault on Sosai Z's stronghold to stop the plan, perishing during the attack.
