Description
Docdandy commands the Three Devil Musketeers, a flamboyant, cunning trio of antagonists. He strikes an androgynous figure with a willowy frame, frequently misgendered due to his theatrical demeanor and delicate features. His melodic, lilting voice shifts to a gravel-edged snarl when provoked, mirroring his dual persona.

Fixating obsessively on Black Bomber, he crafts elaborate romantic delusions that compromise missions, forcing exasperated subordinates Akmant and Gestler to seize command. Conversely, he nurses visceral hatred for Yellow Bomber, having once ensnared her psyche through hypnotic manipulation, and perceives Devil Slinger as a romantic competitor.

He pilots the hornet-inspired Devil Hornet armor, which merges with Akmant's Devil Brightstar and Gestler's Devil Poseidon to create the composite war machine Devil Trident. In manga storylines, he wields colossal dimension-shearing scissors that tear spatial fabric to imprison foes. Though a shrewd tactician, his strategic brilliance battles vanity—maintaining a rigorous beauty routine requiring ten-hour beauty sleeps and constant cosmetic touch-ups.

His narcissism manifests in eccentricities: cultivating venomous botanicals and punctuating dialogue with nonsensical vocal flourishes like "Ya-pa-pa-pa-pa-pan!" While primarily antagonistic, he occasionally secures vital intelligence on artifacts like Crismond during unsanctioned operations. Later arcs see him press-ganged into the Borderland Knights, where he bemoans the erosion of his theatrical independence.
