Hehe is a young-adult fairy acting as Majoruka's partner and rival to Lala. Her light brown skin, small hazel eyes, and near knee-length thick light blue hair frame her face, accented by short strands and slightly curled antennae. A distinctive tuft of bangs protrudes beneath her white cone hat, which splits at the top. She wears a figure-highlighting white one-piece garment with a diamond window beneath a gem on her chest, light blue sleeves featuring white borders on her lower arms, and matching translucent fabric loosely draping her lower legs. As a blue Maine Coon cat, she displays a light brown face, darker brown ears, and paws.

Hehe exhibits a carefree, lazy demeanor, engaging only when personally entertained. Though teasing and playful like Lala, her traits skew more teenage-like, contrasting Lala’s wisdom. She gives uncooperative, blunt advice and mocks Lala as an "old lady." Proud of her appearance, she is easily captivated by attractive individuals. Her dynamic with Majoruka involves frequent arguments. In cat form, her laziness deepens, often leaving her resting.

Historically, Hehe aided Majoruka’s management of Maho-Do but avoided responsibilities for personal enjoyment. After angry customers damaged the shop, she reluctantly handled cleanup. During this chore, she discovered Majoruka’s Crystal Ball while washing her clothes and ordered assistants to discard it, directly contributing to Majoruka’s downfall. Following the events of "Sharp," Hehe permanently departed the series due to her voice actress’s retirement. She remains the only fairy in the franchise depicted with darker skin.
