Description
Noboru Takizawa transfers into a volatile school where physical confrontations settle disputes. His arrival triggers a landmine on the grounds, sparking immediate combat with the hall monitor. He develops feelings for Yukari Takamura, claimed by school bully Saburō Ibuki following a rigged boxing match. This spurs Takizawa to challenge Ibuki. He initially falls to Ibuki's "Insect-Squashing Punch" but devises his own signature "National Railway Punch" to eventually prevail.

His father, an agent of the "Secret Board of Education" combating school corruption and tyranny, poses undercover as faculty. Accompanied by his father, Takizawa deploys to multiple institutions where administrators enforce oppressive or absurd rules. His missions involve rallying students against these injustices through sports competitions or direct fights, while his father dismantles the corrupt systems behind the scenes. Throughout these transfers, Yukari follows him out of affection, while rival Ibuki pursues them, vying for Yukari's attention. This dynamic reveals hidden complexities in Ibuki, including his drive to surpass his absentee father.

Takizawa embodies determination and justice through his hot-blooded, confrontational approach. His combat style features signature techniques like the "Takizawa Kick" (a Kamen Rider homage) and the practical "National Railway Punch" two-hit combo, sometimes parodied when an attack name's length affects its battle effectiveness. Later, he transitions from student to mentor, founding an academy to train new "Blazing Transfer Students" against educational corruption. In this role, he appears as a six-foot-tall plastic action figure—destroyed once by a package bomb—yet continues nonchalantly guiding students and ultimately transforms back into a human being.
