Description
Takizawa Noboru enters as a transfer student in a high school governed by physical combat. His arrival instantly challenges the existing hierarchy, sparking a central rivalry with school bully Ibuki Saburo, fueled by competition for Yukari Takamura's affections. Early defeats against adversaries like Ibuki, who use underhanded tactics, highlight his determination despite inexperience.

He develops signature combat techniques to overcome opponents, most notably the powerful two-hit combo "National Railway Punch," which later becomes a legacy technique. His approach blends physical prowess with tactical ingenuity, such as exploiting the impractical length of a rival's renamed special move to win a rematch. These conflicts occur across multiple schools due to his father, an agent of the "Secret Board of Education," repeatedly transferring him to institutions requiring intervention against corrupt systems.

Background reveals his father operated under the alias "Mask X," wearing a Kamen Rider-inspired costume during missions against entities like the "Inverse Board of Education," establishing a familial legacy of fighting educational corruption. Ibuki's motivations are partly rooted in paternal abandonment, contrasting Takizawa's supportive familial mission.

Years later, in the sequel series *REBORN*, he resurfaces as principal of Hanebi High School, appearing as a six-foot-tall plastic action figure—a trait largely unremarked upon narratively. He founds this academy to train "Blazing Transfer Students," specifically recruiting seven students all sharing the given name Kakeru. Their mission involves infiltrating and reforming corrupt schools across Japan, continuing his fight against systemic educational injustice.

As principal, he deploys the Kakerus on assignments targeting specific institutional abuses, like principals using mind-control devices or administering zombie-inducing curry. Despite his non-human form, he exhibits familiar traits: dramatic declarations and unwavering commitment to justice. His backstory expands to include a long-lost son, also named Kakeru, whose arrival creates succession uncertainty for the original seven. He suffers temporary destruction via package bomb, reacting with detachment by urging his students to avenge him while casually awaiting reassembly. The series concludes with his transformation from plastic figure into an actual human being.
