Description
Originally designated Soldato J-002, this cyborg hailing from the Red Planet in the Trinary Solar System fled to his world's newly formed wastelands after a stalemate clash with Arm Primeval. Discovered there by the Zonderian Pinchernone, he underwent conversion into a Zonderian entity, sealing most memories of his past as a Soldato Battalion warrior.
Serving Pasder's Heart Primeval Terminal Program as one of the Four Machine Kings, Pizza specialized in generating aerial Zonders. He distinguished himself from his peers by frequently entering combat directly, forging a persistent rivalry with Cyborg Guy fueled by an obsession with speed; he consistently outpaced Guy until Guy activated Hyper Mode. Pizza's humanoid guise featured eyes perpetually shadowed beneath a baseball cap and upswept hair, framing a prominent beak-like nose. His Zonderian form manifested a distinctly birdlike visage complete with a beak-shaped helmet and clawed feet.
Before the decisive Tokyo battle, Pizza fused with a supersonic aircraft to become the Zonderian Robo EI-26. This form met destruction by GaoGaiGar's Goldion Hammer, leaving Pizza severely weakened. In his final duel with Cyborg Guy, fragments of suppressed memories surfaced, sparking rebellion against Pasder. He intervened to save Guy, Mamoru Amami, and Galeon from death, sustaining critical wounds. His suppressed J-Jewel reactivated during this crisis, causing him to erupt from Tokyo Tower's former site engulfed in a J-Quath effect—an event initially perceived as fatal.
Later, during EI-01's resurgence, his assigned Arma unit reinitialized. Identified as Ikumi Kaidou, this unit located Pizza and performed a Purification process, restoring Soldato J's original memories and cyborg form. Kaidou's connection originated from his own past as a Red Planet Arma unit designed to support Soldato J cyborgs; his reactivated memories enabled the restoration. This intervention fulfilled the mission entrusted by Abel, ruler of the Red Planet, to reactivate the Soldato J lineage against Zonder threats.
