Description
Tomoro 0117 originated as the primary biocomputer assigned to the J-Ark spacecraft and its pilot, Soldato J-002. During a conflict on the Red Planet, the biocomputer became infected by Zonder Metal, transforming him into the Zonder Machine King Pinchernone. In this corrupted state, Pinchernone pursued Soldato J to convert him into a Zonderian. After the Red Planet's mechanization, Pinchernone served under Pasdar as one of the Four Machine Kings, specializing in maritime-themed Zonders.

Physically, Pinchernone initially appeared as a small, boat-shaped entity with a single yellow eye. His disguised human form presented as a diminutive sailor with purple skin, heterochromia (featuring his signature yellow eye on the right and an oversized, anchor-patterned bug-eye on the left), and a habit of perching on objects while grinning. Following purification, his appearance reverted to a core form consisting solely of the original yellow eye. Behaviorally, Pinchernone exhibited a childish personality, punctuating his high-pitched, monotone speech with a screeching, teeth-chattering laugh. He developed deep animosity towards Volfogg after repeated confrontations and defeats.

During the decisive clash between the Four Machine Kings and GGG in Tokyo, Pinchernone achieved his ultimate form, EI-27, by merging with a navy frigate. He lured Volfogg into the city's sewer system for a final battle. This confrontation concluded when Volfogg, via Kosuke Entouji, initiated a suicidal attack using the Multidimensional Intelligence Submarine, crippling EI-27 and leaving him immobilized and unable to regenerate. Arma, the recovered Soldato J (now Ikumi Kaidou), located the incapacitated Pinchernone and used his purification ability to restore Tomoro 0117's original biocomputer programming, ending Pinchernone's existence.

Following purification, Tomoro 0117 resumed duties as the J-Ark's core computer, managing movement, armor generation, and repairs. During *The King of Braves GaoGaiGar FINAL*, he demonstrated strategic autonomy by concealing the J-Ark beneath Mont Saint-Michel while Soldato J was imprisoned, later coordinating its reactivation upon J's release. Tomoro suffered significant damage during King J-Der's battle against Repli-GaoFighGar and was shut down by Palus Abel during repairs. An interaction between Soldato J's J-Jewel and Renais's G-Stone restored him. Tomoro then autonomously piloted the J-Ark into space, deploying its remaining ES Missiles to create a massive ES Window, facilitating Genesic GaoGaiGar's transit.

Tomoro later assumed direct control of Ruin King J-Der's main body at Soldato J's request during *The King of Kings ~GaoGaiGar Vs. Betterman~*. While corrupted by Triple Zero (0-0-0), residual hostility from his time as Pinchernone surfaced, manifesting as subdued animosity towards Volfogg.
