Primarda stands among the Four Machine Kings as an antagonist. Her design merges mechanical and human elements into a form resembling a woman integrated with automotive parts. Tires adorn her form as a skirt and shoulder decorations, complemented by head-mounted antennae and headlights. In her human-like manifestation, she adopts a ballerina's appearance, frequently depicted dancing within Pasder's cave and around human victims.

She exhibits a thematic association with motorized vehicles, reflected in the Zonders she generates. During the Great Tokyo Upheaval, she contributed energy to the expanding Zonder Metal Plant and the Contra Fall barrier by merging with Tokyo's Capital Circle Expressway, transforming into the entity EI-29. ChoRyuJin defeated her by utilizing its Power Crane and Ladder to force a collision between Primarda and fellow Machine King Polonaise.

Following this defeat, Primarda reformed herself and attacked ChoRyuJin. This assault resulted in contact with the robot's exposed GS-Ride component. Interaction with the G-Stone energy within the GS-Ride caused her destruction. Before her transformation into a Zonderian, she was married to Polonaise.

Her design features orange hair sweeping past her hips and red eyes, maintaining an adult human presentation in her non-mechanical form.
