Chika Yurikasa is a member of the Miko Council, sometimes called the Priestess Club. She attends the same school and is the same age as the other council members, though her physical stature resembles that of a ten-year-old. Chika possesses a sharp, direct personality with a cutting streak, consistently voicing her opinions without hesitation. This defines her straightforward interactions within the group.

Within the Miko Council, she combats supernatural threats using spiritual abilities focused through a specific talisman, a tamagushi crafted from a tree branch adorned with leaves. In combat against dark entities, she employs designated attack techniques, including "lyrical flash." An earlier technique, "moon tornado defusion," was also part of her repertoire.

A recurring dynamic involves her interactions with fellow council member Izumi Sakibara. Izumi perceives Chika as exceptionally cute, frequently attempting to embrace or "glomp" her. Chika consistently reacts to these advances with visible disgust and disapproval.
