Kocho Enoki is a Heian University student enrolled in the astrology program for its hands-on experience opportunities. She works as an exorcist defending the school from spirit attacks. Her primary combat methods combine magical powers with using her physically attractive body as a weapon, frequently employing nudity or revealing attire to distract and combat male spirits. This approach forms a core part of her tactical repertoire.

She operates within a team including her sister Koran Enoki and a male classmate, Kosaku Urano. Kosaku acts as a decoy during their operations, supporting Kocho and Koran in purging supernatural entities from the educational environment. Their collaborative dynamic centers on exorcising these spirits.

Kocho faces a significant limitation when confronting female spirits unaffected by her seductive tactics, exposing a vulnerability that forces tactical adjustments. She occasionally demonstrates self-awareness of her existence within a fictional narrative, breaking the fourth wall during confrontations or interactions.
