Description
Meisuke Nueno, known as Nube, was born to an exorcist father and a mother who fell critically ill. When the community refused aid despite his father's past generosity, she died. This abandonment caused his father's disillusionment and departure, leaving young Meisuke alone. Bullied due to uncontrollable spiritual powers, he was saved by his teacher, Minako-sensei, who sacrificed her life to exorcise a powerful snake demon possessing him. This forged his dual resolve to become both a teacher and a protector of children.
After obtaining his teaching license, Nube encountered a demon possessing a student during his first assignment. He sealed the demon, Bakki, into his left hand—a fusion of Bakki and Minako-sensei's soul—resulting in a grotesque, clawed appendage concealed under a black glove.
