Description
Binky Arnold the 3rd hails from Buringo, an apple-shaped planet, where he serves as prince and heir to Tonrariano the 2nd. His mandatory trial for kingship brought him to Earth in the form of a yellow pig. There, he encountered human girl Karin Kokubu when she offered him an apple during his apparent hunger. This act led him to choose her for transformative powers.
He gifted Karin the magical Dream Tonpact, enabling her to become the superheroine Tonde Burin by chanting "Ba Bi Bu Be Burin!" His duties included guiding her power mechanics and outlining conditions: she must gather 108 pearls through virtuous superhero deeds, governed by karmic principles where misuse or selfishness causes pearl loss. Crucially, if her secret identity is exposed, she remains trapped as a pig forever.
Physically a small yellow pig with flight ability, he resides in Karin’s bedroom as her advisor and mission partner. His personality merges carefree charm with scholarly insight, often lamenting Karin’s initial reluctance toward heroism. To safeguard her secret, he impersonates Tonde Burin using costumes or disguises, especially when simultaneous appearances are needed.
Throughout their partnership, he displays adaptability and resourcefulness. He consistently emphasizes altruism and responsibility tied to her powers. While focused on his royal trial, he exhibits protectiveness toward Karin, particularly against identity exposure risks from her father, brother, or classmate Jimmy Matsumoto. The narrative does not detail substantial evolution beyond these core functions within the series’ framework.
