Haruka Morishita debuts in the series' fourth season with distinctive orange hair and yellow eyes. Her personality is generally kind, but when angered, she becomes intimidating, displaying a frightening smile that once caused childhood fear in Dylan Yuki.

Her driving ambition is to become a manga artist. As Dylan Yuki's childhood friend, she harbors deep romantic feelings for him. Her persistent affection contributes to his temporary breakup with Katie Minami upon her arrival.

Partnered with Panta, she confronts challenges stemming from her unresolved emotions toward Dylan. Character development occurs when she acknowledges Dylan's genuine love for Katie, leading her to consciously relinquish her romantic pursuit.

By the series' conclusion, she forms a relationship with Koichi Sumita. Her first narrative appearance occurs in episode 154.
