Kirara Habu is a student at the academy for the Talented, identifiable by her long dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, and standard school uniform, often featuring painted nails. Her personality reflects the gyaru subculture and carries a malicious edge. She actively participates in bullying Michiru Inukai, frequently alongside her close friend Kaori Takanashi.

Kirara possesses a supernatural ability to generate poisonous saliva by biting others. Maintaining her venom supply necessitates regular consumption of poisonous creatures such as frogs and snakes. This ability does not confer immunity to poison on Kirara herself.

Her story revolves around a conflict with Kaori over stolen contact lenses. During this dispute, Nana Hiiragi finds incriminating text messages on Kirara's phone. Nana threatens Kirara with poison to force her to reveal her phone passcode. After Kirara complies, Nana kills her. Nana then manipulates Kirara's corpse to press the send button on her phone at a predetermined time. This action creates an alibi for Nana, making it appear the message was sent while Nana was elsewhere. This sequence concludes Kirara's involvement.
