Description
Kakaa embodies the Deha 101 locomotive as its Raillord on the Joushuu Electric Train line, operating exclusively between Daigo and Kiryuu West stations. Built by Hinomoto Kawasaki Railroad Manufacturing, she ranks as the premier electric-train Raillord in her territory. Due to the Jouden area's heavy reliance on her capabilities, she attends the Raillord Summit to advocate for the line's operational autonomy.

Her uniform consists of a standard brown railroad jacket over a white ruffled blouse, paired with white gloves and a light-brown hat. Dark-brown pigtails extend past her ears.

Kakaa displays a consistently maternal demeanor, nurturing and shielding those she deems vulnerable. This protectiveness sometimes escalates into overbearing coddling. While inherently kind, her actions inadvertently foster dependency in others, creating operational strains despite her intentions. She declares herself perpetually occupied, vowing rest only upon retirement.

The original Deha 101 locomotive transported Princess Shigeko during a 1939 school excursion near Inuboh Station and later featured in NHK's 1985 drama *Miotsukushi*. Though Kakaa claims service since the Jōshuu Electric Railway's inception, the actual locomotive retired in 1999 after storage duty and was scrapped in 2009. Only its wheel sets endure, preserved at the Tobu Railway Museum.
