Description
Kureha Clyret, the renowned Blade Goddess of Jioral Kingdom, ascended to become the Sword Hero after a trial testing her conviction and dedication to swordsmanship, inheriting the title and its skills from the previous Sword Hero, Blade. A descendant of the Ancient Hero Souji, she belongs to the noble Clyret family, famed for their generational swordsmanship style. Her striking silver hair, blue eyes, and well-proportioned body remain unmarked by scars despite countless battles, often adorned in practical armor and combat attire.

Initially a loyal knight, Kureha possessed a strong sense of justice and honor, setting her apart within Jioral. She fiercely condemned wrongdoing and evildoers, readily risking her own safety for others. She opposed demi-human enslavement and expressed profound gratitude when Keyaru restored her amputated arm, promising repayment. Her loyalty fractured upon learning of the kingdom's atrocities, including exploiting innocents and systemic corruption. Disillusioned, she confronted Keyaru after hearing he used the Clyret style to kill Jioral soldiers, mistakenly believing they protected the Ice Wolf tribe. During their duel, affected by an aphrodisiac, she shattered Keyaru's sword and severed his arm before being incapacitated by traumatic memories of demi-human abuse projected through Keyaru's power.

Awakening later, Kureha hesitated to accept the kingdom's corruption until Keyaru revealed his identity as the Healing Hero and Princess Flare (disguised as Freia) confirmed its true nature. Under lingering aphrodisiac influence, she experienced her first sexual encounter with Keyaru, leading to an intimate infatuation. This encounter significantly raised her level cap, enhancing her combat potential. She subsequently allied with Keyaru's party, betraying Jioral and leveraging her reconnaissance and infiltration expertise as an informant. She investigated the destruction of Keyaru's village and sought the forces enabling the kingdom's atrocities. Driven to rectify the misuse of her family's swordsmanship for evil, she volunteered for missions to expose the kingdom's crimes.

Kureha's combat prowess is formidable. Initially measured at level 45, the apex of humanity, she wielded the rare Divine Sword ability for preternatural swordsmanship. Her signature skill, All-Seeing (or Abandoment), granted precise perception within her sword's range, enabling counters to surprise attacks and analysis of enemy movements. As Sword Hero, she gained unrestricted leveling potential, eventually surpassing level 200, and provided double EXP gains for party members. Her physical capabilities included immense strength, high-speed agility, and stamina for continuous days-long combat. She mastered the Clyret Sword Style, employing techniques like Blood Flower (targeting arteries) and Moonlight (a full-power iai slash). Keyaru later taught her Wind Wall, a spell enabling three-dimensional movement by solidifying air, which she used with minimal chanting due to heightened magic processing from her level. Her non-system skills encompassed professional espionage, indomitable will, and masterful swordsmanship considered unrivaled in her world.

In relationships, Kureha developed deep loyalty and affection for Keyaru, viewing him as both trusted ally and lover. Her interactions with party members like Setsuna and Freia involved camaraderie tinged with jealousy over Keyaru's attentions. She maintained a sense of duty towards commoners and victims of the kingdom, reflecting her enduring commitment to justice after leaving Jioral.
