Pazuzu serves as a primary antagonist. He launches an assassination attempt against King Gilgamesh during the second episode, though this effort is thwarted. Later, within the Tower of Druaga, he kills a character named Kally. His actions culminate in his death at the hands of Neeba.

In the sequel series, Pazuzu manifests as an illusion within the Garden of Illusion, located in the Mythical Tower. This spectral form is confronted and eliminated by his daughter, Henaro, who is journeying alongside Jil's group at the time.
