Description
Elis Shihō arrives as a transfer student at Kimei Academy, where Kureha Akabane swiftly recruits her into the Astronomy Club. Her seemingly ordinary existence shifts dramatically during an Emulator attack, triggering the protective activation of her bracelet artifact, the Ain Soph Aur. This bracelet later reveals itself as a potent magical broom. Anzelotte, a guide to the Night Wizards, recognizes Elis's unique capability to access the Emulators' world, Rikai. To achieve this access, Elis must gather seven Jewels of Virtue to complete the Ain Soph Aur, making their acquisition central to her quest.

The journey begins with the orange Jewel of Kindness, discovered within an ancient tree on the academy grounds during a trance; it possesses healing properties. Elis retrieves the blue Jewel of Wisdom from a temple on the magical continent of Magallanica, overcoming puzzles and Emulator-controlled armors. She secures the purple Jewel of Fortitude directly from the moon-based Demon Lord Chang-o, who utilized it as a power source. Andou Kurusu, a demon-sword user defying Anzelotte after a mission cost his friend's life, grants her the green Jewel of Faith. Acquiring the red Jewel of Temperance from Anzelotte demands Elis navigate a dream-state trial orchestrated by Demon Lord Pheus Mor, aided by the dream-user Nightmare; this jewel suppresses all power. Elis seizes the violet Jewel of Justice from a Demon Lord attempting to summon Syaimal, enabling her artifact to manifest an energy sword. Finally, the yellow Jewel of Hope is initially found by Bell Zephyr in Saturn's icy rings but lost during a confrontation, leading Bell to entrust it to Elis.

Elis confronts numerous challenges, experiencing recurring headaches near jewels and collapsing upon sensing distant ones, like the Jewel of Hope on Saturn. Her bonds with fellow Night Wizards, especially Renji Hiiragi and Kureha Akabane, strengthen through shared missions and daily life—hosting celebrations or engaging in leisure activities like skating. Her personality blends kindness and resilience, often using her Lunar Cloak ability to summon homemade food on missions, reflecting her nurturing nature. Fragmented childhood memories surface in dream sequences, featuring manipulation by a figure called "uncle," later exposed as the Demon Lord Pheus Mor exploiting her subconscious. As she collects the jewels, her mastery of Ain Soph Aur deepens, allowing her to drain magical power from foes like Pheus Mor and channel it to allies. Elis's journey culminates in completing the Ain Soph Aur, positioning her as a pivotal figure against the Emulators.
