Moryoh is an antagonist from the Land of the Sky, a hidden village employing advanced technology and flying machines. Centuries before the main events, he led an invasion against the Five Great Shinobi Nations. This invasion was crushed, and shinobi from Konohagakure imprisoned Moryoh within a specialized barrier seal deep within a forest. Over time, the barrier seal weakened. Amachi, a descendant of the Land of the Sky seeking vengeance against Konoha for its destruction, eventually discovered and released Moryoh. Upon release, Moryoh absorbed the preserved chakra of the shinobi who had originally sealed him, restoring his power and vitality. Moryoh possesses the unique ability to absorb chakra directly through physical contact, draining life force and rendering victims unconscious or dead. He can also absorb chakra from techniques, nullifying ninjutsu attacks, and release absorbed chakra as destructive energy blasts. Allied with Amachi, Moryoh sought revenge against Konoha and the shinobi world. Utilizing recovered Land of the Sky technology, including a massive aerial fortress, he aimed to launch a devastating assault from the sky, deploying autonomous chakra-absorbing puppets and weaponry to overwhelm ground forces. Moryoh personally confronted Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha. He demonstrated significant combat prowess, absorbing Sasuke's Chidori and Naruto's Rasengan. However, the combined efforts of Naruto and Sasuke, exploiting his absorption limits with simultaneous elemental attacks, ultimately defeated Moryoh. He was destroyed during the final confrontation aboard the fortress. Moryoh does not appear in the main anime series, manga, other movies, OVAs, or spin-offs.
