Description
Gerenborash Droka Zaki is an Armored Trooper pilot for the Gilgamesh Confederation military during the *Pailsen Files*. He serves in a specialized squad under Commander Nol Berkhoff, alongside Chirico Cuvie, Garry Godan, and Dare Kochak. This unit, composed of soldiers with unusually high survival rates, forms part of an experimental Melkian intelligence program.
Zaki exhibits immediate hostility toward Chirico Cuvie upon his arrival at Galeade base M7, repeatedly trying to provoke him into a fight without success. During the squad's mission to destroy a Balarant Union fortress in Manid Gorge, Zaki participates in the nighttime airdrop and assault. After Dare Kochak fails to eliminate all enemy Fatty AT units within the base, a surviving pilot activates the fortress's main cannon. Zaki and Chirico coordinate an attempt to disable the weapon, but they arrive too late to stop it from firing on the canyon walls. This triggers a catastrophic cave-in, causing heavy casualties in a passing Gilgamesh Army division.
Though the squad survives the base collapse and ensuing chaos, Zaki shows no visible remorse for the disastrous outcome. He is later reassigned to the northern polar base on Galeade. During redeployment, their transport aircraft crashes due to sabotage. Zaki survives the crash and joins his teammates in defending against sniper attacks from the "Gilgamesh Purification Committee."
