Description
Orudo Noguchi was an astronaut on the International Space Station conducting long-term research into space nutrition and preserving bone mass in zero gravity. He collaborated with Defy Foods researcher Kōichi Doi, who developed specialized calcium-enhanced supplements to prevent bone density loss. During a routine medical exam, doctors diagnosed Orudo and another crew member with abnormal bone volume increases caused by space radiation interacting with the untested Defy supplements. This condition grounded him from future missions.

Before his disqualification, Orudo entrusted Doi to deliver a birthday package to his Earth-bound daughter, Monaka Noguchi, whom he hadn't seen in four years. The package contained a bracelet made from Martian rocks. As his condition worsened aboard the ISS, Orudo underwent severe physical mutations marked by uncontrolled bone growth. This transformed him into a being covered in massive, impenetrable bone armor, devoid of human cognition, and driven by homicidal aggression. Alongside the similarly mutated crew member, he violently killed most of the ISS crew and security personnel.

Survivors, including Doi and a doctor, attempted to destroy the creatures by detonating part of the station. While one monster perished, Orudo's mutated form survived, stowed away on an escape pod, and crash-landed near Tokyo. Defy Foods dispatched agents to contain evidence, silencing witnesses and recovering the surviving monster.

Orudo's monstrous form roamed the city, showing extreme resilience to conventional weapons. During a confrontation with the vigilante assassin "Angel of Death" – later revealed as his daughter Monaka – the monster was temporarily incapacitated after being speared through the mouth, its sole vulnerability. At this moment, the creature recognized Monaka through her Martian rock bracelet and distinct eye color, causing it to hesitate. This pause allowed Monaka to deliver a fatal shot, though Defy Foods agents recovered the body.

Subsequent events revealed to Monaka that the monster was her mutated father. Despite severe injuries, Orudo's body regenerated and broke free during transport. The narrative concludes with the regenerated monster encountering Monaka near an explosion site, their final confrontation unresolved.
