Description
Tamageta unexpectedly moves in next door to protagonist Yasushi, appearing before him dressed in samurai attire. His introduction occurs when Yasushi's sister forces him awake early on a Sunday. Both Tamageta and his father display suspicious speech patterns and behaviors, including an incident where Tamageta's father attempts to pay Yasushi with a genuine gold coin for clothing purchases. These actions create an air of mystery around their origins.

Tamageta's core narrative function involves triggering significant chaos through his "Time Machine," a dream-based device enabling unrestricted time travel. This machine acts as a catalyst for various disruptive events, though its operational specifics remain unexplained.

His character design originates from Kurihei, Momo's younger brother in the unrelated series *Sarutobi Ecchan*. This visual similarity later prompted Kurihei's redesign in the *Sarutobi Ecchan* Toei anime adaptation to minimize resemblance between the characters.
