Naga began as a White One, a unique Bakugan born without an elemental attribute during the Great Revolution conflict between the original Dragonoid and Dharaknoid. This event trapped him and his twin sister Wavern in the dimensional void between Vestroia's attribute regions, stripping their power and forging bitter resentment within him, fueling an obsession with ultimate power. His form resembles a skeletal wyvern or dragon, marked by tattered wings and a distinctive split nose structure, an appearance that became more draconic after he absorbed the Silent Core. Naga's existence focused on acquiring both the Silent Core, representing negative energy, and Wavern's Infinity Core, representing positive energy, to form Vestroia's Perfect Core. His first attempt ended catastrophically: using a dimensional card stolen from Dr. Michael, he transported to Vestroia's center, absorbed the Silent Core, but became trapped within it. This unleashed negative energy that destabilized the dimensional balance between Vestroia and Earth, causing Bakugan to manifest as spheres and creating the Bakugan game. The negative energy corrupted Dr. Michael and Alice Gehabich into Hal-G and Masquerade. Naga dominated Hal-G as his direct servant, while manipulating Masquerade to hunt Bakugan using Doom Cards, banishing defeated Bakugan to the Doom Dimension. His goal shifted to locating Wavern, who had bonded with the displaced Infinity Core. Naga saw her as essential for completing the Perfect Core and achieving universal dominion, displaying relentless hostility towards her and the Battle Brawlers protecting her. His powers, derived from the Silent Core, included energy projection, reality warping sufficient to destabilize and merge dimensions, matter manipulation, and mind control, corrupting Bakugan like Tricloid and Fear Ripper. Specific combat techniques were Sykuria Shield for power nullification, Bottom Zero for weakening opponents, Darkus Riot for energy blasts, Bakugan Drain for energy absorption, and Silent Down for absorbing attacks. His influence spanned Earth, Vestroia, and later Vestal. The conflict culminated in a final battle where Naga, having absorbed Wavern's Infinity Core energy, faced Dan Kuso and Drago. He attempted to drain the combined energy attack from Drago and the Battle Brawlers but was overwhelmed, leading to his disintegration. His death freed Dr. Michael from the Hal-G persona and released the Silent Core. Though physically absent later, his actions caused lasting dimensional instability, enabling invasions of New Vestroia, and characters frequently referenced his role in unleashing Bakugan across worlds. In the physical game, Naga appeared in various attributes within the BakuSwap series and as a White One variant. These toys featured high G-Power values like Subterra (640 Gs), Pyrus (660 Gs or 440 Gs), and Haos (640 Gs or 420 Gs). Gate Cards and Ability Cards such as "Naga Rundown" integrated him into gameplay, his toy form identifiable by an automatic jagged horn mechanism and split nose design.
