Miyaho Rokujō, granddaughter of Takamidzuka High School's former board chairman, holds temporary ownership of Tsugumi Dormitory and serves as the school's acting chairman. Her family established Demizugawa Heavy Industry, a major Minamisakōjima Island aerospace company, and she experienced a privileged upbringing under the Rokujou family's care.

Her life shifted dramatically following a New Year's Day encounter with Wataru Hoshino at Tsugumi Dormitory before the main events; she subsequently began living there. Miyaho displays clumsiness in most tasks, frequently struggling with daily activities, and habitually counts steps while using staircases.

Now enrolled as a new student at Takamidzuka High, Miyaho exercises temporary authority over Tsugumi Dormitory—her inherited responsibility—as it faces closure. The dorm is slated for demolition due to a collusive scheme between the school principal and a resort developer. Compounding this threat, the planned evacuation of families connected to Demizugawa Heavy Industry forces Miyaho and the other residents to leave the island within one year.

Navigating dorm management challenges while adapting to school life defines her role. She interacts regularly with residents, particularly Wataru Hoshino, whose influence marks a departure from her sheltered past. Physically, Miyaho possesses a slim build, waist-length white hair styled in a hime cut with blunt bangs, blue eyes, and a pale complexion. She typically wears the school uniform, complete with a miniskirt, ribbon hair accessory, ribbon tie, and thigh-high stockings.
