His objective transforms the area into a gateway for Chinese mafia operations, rebranding Tokyo as a "New Hong Kong." He manipulates individuals to facilitate stock acquisitions, inadvertently causing Kurihara’s suicide after the man unknowingly aids Lin’s procurement.

Lin operates with calculated self-assurance, avoiding overt bravado while relying on strategic confidence.
