Description
Hendrickson began his journey as a steadfast Great Holy Knight of Liones, sharing the rank with his lifelong comrade Dreyfus. Though loyal and gentle in his youth, he quietly questioned the relevance of Holy Knights during peace—a doubt rooted in his traumatic childhood among Istar’s Druids. Forced to monitor corpses until they decayed into skeletons, he developed a deep dread of death, channeling that fear into creating the corrosive Acid ability.

His downfall ignited during an expedition to Danafor’s ruins, where the demon Fraudrin sought to possess Dreyfus. When Dreyfus resisted, Fraudrin preyed on Hendrickson’s vulnerable resolve, briefly inhabiting him before shifting back to Dreyfus. Under lingering demonic influence, Hendrickson poisoned Zaratras, the Great Holy Knight leader, framing the Seven Deadly Sins. This betrayal hardened him, spurring experiments with demonic power to provoke a holy war he believed would validate the knights’ existence.

Fusing Red and Gray Demon blood, Hendrickson birthed the New Generation—Holy Knights augmented by dark magic. He infused himself with demonic essence, unlocking two forms: a crimson-hued state marked by black sigils and rapid regeneration, and a winged, horned ash-gray form wielding Hellblaze and searing light. These transformations amplified his strength but eroded his humanity.

Defeated by the Seven Deadly Sins, he lost his demonic powers when the Ten Commandments escaped their prison. Stripped of corruption, his guilt resurged. Seeking penance, he aided Liones against the Commandments, expelling the archangel Ludociel from Princess Margaret using Purge and healing allies like Gilthunder despite grievous self-harm.

Post-war, he established a medic workshop in Liones, dedicating himself to atonement. His arc weaves manipulation, ambition, and remorse, mirrored in his fractured bond with Dreyfus. Key traits include mastery of Shisha Shieki, a forbidden Druid resurrection art, and tactical brilliance forged through decades of command—a duality of healer and strategist echoing his turbulent path from zealotry to redemption.
