Shuli appears in the second episode of the OVA as an explorer on Electronic Planet B-1 alongside her companion Rall. During their expedition, they investigate a mysterious energy glow beneath the planet's surface. This exploration brings them into direct conflict with Myra, Velt Zaruk's sister, who pilots the large serpent-shaped mechanical construct Dahl. Shuli becomes trapped within one of Dahl's claws during the confrontation but is rescued by Leina Stol's timely intervention.

Shuli demonstrates combat capabilities, generating energy projectiles from her hands. She also projects arcs of energy between herself and Rall, indicating coordinated techniques. After her rescue, she actively assists Leina and Rall in ascending to the planet's surface, participating in the mission to deliver the Wolf Sword Ken Rō to Rom Stol. Myra and the regenerated Dahl obstruct their path. Dahl's attacks separate Shuli and Rall from a ledge, but Triple Jim catches them, preventing fatal falls.

Shuli later contributes to the battle against Dahl by combining forces with Rall to attack the mechanized serpent with a concentrated energy beam. She witnesses the confrontation between Leina and Myra, observing Myra's partial liberation from Zaruk's mental control due to the Wolf Sword's influence, though Myra persists in aggression. Shuli is present during the group's efforts to persuade Myra to abandon Zaruk's cause, alongside Rom, Leina, Triple Jim, and Rall. She survives the climactic battle and the subsequent disintegration of Electronic Planet B-1 following Zaruk's defeat and the destruction of his power source. Her role remains confined to these events on Planet B-1.
