Velt Zaruk serves as an antagonist in the Leina Stol Wolf Sword Legend OVAs. Previously defeated by Rom Stol on Electronic Planet B-1, Zaruk was resurrected by the evil sorcerer Baltun to act as a weapon against Rom Stol, Leina Stol, and their allies during their mission to the devastated planet Ursus. Following his resurrection, Zaruk captured Leina Stol, compelling Rom Stol to surrender the Wolf Sword in exchange for her release.

Once possessing the Wolf Sword, Zaruk harnessed its power to overwhelm and gravely wound Rom Stol. He then attempted to attack Leina Stol with the blade, but Rom Stol intervened, sacrificing himself to save her and sustaining fatal injuries. Zaruk's actions directly caused Rom Stol's death. Baltun subsequently absorbed the Wolf Sword’s power and discarded the weapon, deeming Zaruk's role fulfilled.

Zaruk does not appear again after these events, indicating his defeat or demise during the Ursus confrontation. No further appearances or development occur in other documented official media.
