Bismarck, known to peers as Biz, is a 15-year-old introvert residing in the lunar colony Eden. Standing 160 cm tall, he lacks racing prowess on lunar "Vehicle" machines but excels in vehicle mechanics and technical engineering. His expertise becomes vital when assisting close friend Takeru in repairing and modifying damaged racers. Following high-spirited racing activities with Takeru and Kazuma, a racing incident leads to disciplinary action for Biz. Assigned community service outside Eden's dome with Takeru, they discover a crashed capsule containing evidence contradicting Eden's official narrative: Earth might still be habitable. This revelation drives Biz to support Takeru's investigation into Eden's censorship and the truth about Earth. When Eden's authorities move to suppress their findings, Biz helps commandeer an old escape rocket. He joins Takeru on the journey to Earth, their capsule landing in the ruins of Las Vegas. Using Takeru's vehicle, they undertake an overland trek across the United States. Throughout this terrestrial journey, Biz's mechanical skills remain essential for maintaining their transportation and navigating the unfamiliar environment. His technical knowledge and problem-solving consistently support the group's survival and progress. Biz's character evolves from a reserved individual within Eden's controlled society to an active participant in a high-stakes rebellion. Loyalty to Takeru and a commitment to uncovering the truth propel his actions. His role remains primarily that of the group's technical specialist, contributing practical expertise during critical situations.
