Heinrich, a university professor of German history, approaches the Enma Detective Agency to report his daughter Lola's disappearance—whom he also calls Lorelei. Shortly after his plea for help, Lola reappears at home drenched in blood, terrified she might be a vampire. The demon-hunting investigators initially focus on Lola as a potential demon host, but uncover the true threat: Heinrich himself is under demonic possession. Before they can intervene, the possessed Heinrich murders Lola in front of the team. Enma then exorcises and destroys the demon controlling him.
