Description
Secretary of Defense Titan operates as a high-ranking military official in Roboworld’s government, commanding a pivotal role within the planet’s defense infrastructure and shaping strategic responses to external threats.
Defying the President’s directives, Titan engineers a scheme to halt the Redline race on Roboworld by deploying an Orbital Disintegration Cannon. This weapon targets the Redline mothership for immediate annihilation upon its hyperspace emergence above the planet.
When the mothership arrives, Titan initiates the cannon’s firing sequence, but sabotage by Lynchman and Johnny Boya—agents contracted by the Race Commission—cripples the weapon.
Post-failure, Titan persists in overseeing military engagements against the racers. Later, as the illicit bioweapon Funky Boy activates in Zone "Seven-Ex" mid-race, he sanctions an assault on the creature despite proximity to Roboworld’s own forces. The strike triggers a cataclysmic explosion, annihilating a substantial segment of the planet’s military personnel.
