Description
The Roboworld President rules as supreme leader of Roboworld, a militaristic, technologically advanced society within the M-3 Nebula. He governs cybernetically modified humans dependent on robotic labor under a fascist structure, prioritizing conquest and resource extraction via environmentally devastating strip-mining of subjugated planets. He vehemently opposes the Redline race on Roboworld, denouncing it as an illegal threat to planetary security. His core motivation stems from concealing systemic intergalactic treaty breaches, including war crimes and the covert development of a banned bioweapon—Funky Boy—within Zone "Seven-Ex." Upon the race's confirmation, he publicly vows to execute all participants and mobilizes Roboworld's military to halt the event.

His authoritarian leadership relies on key subordinates: Colonel Volton directing military operations, Secretary Titan managing defense systems, and frontline soldier Little Deyzuna. He commands Titan to deploy an orbital disintegration cannon against the Redline mothership, though sabotage thwarts the plan. As the race unfolds, his desperation mounts. After the cannon's failure, he orders full-scale assaults on racers. When the competition accidentally awakens Funky Boy, he authorizes firing the orbital cannon directly at the bioweapon, ignoring Roboworld troops in the blast zone. This decision triggers catastrophic collateral damage, annihilating much of his own forces.

His fate remains unresolved after Funky Boy's rampage and the race's conclusion. The film ends with racers celebrating amid Roboworld's ruins, implying his regime's collapse from the event's fallout and his destructive choices.
