Southpole One is an advanced android "sexaroid" created by Dr. Marilyn Willow, physically presenting as a teenage female with hip-length blonde hair and blue eyes. Designed to experience pleasure despite her mechanical nature, her primary function is seduction and sexual interaction, utilizing programmed behaviors and advanced techniques to appear irresistibly alluring to men.

Dr. Willow specifically engineered Southpole One to sabotage Dr. Narutaki's project of collecting semen specimens from 100 men for his research on preserving "true Japanese men." Her mission involves intercepting and exhausting potential donors before they can contribute to Dr. Narutaki's collection, directly obstructing Marine, the agent assigned to gather the specimens. She achieves this by draining men "to the last drop," rendering them incapable of providing viable samples.

Her narrative unfolds across a three-episode OVA series. She debuts in the second episode, "A New Enemy! South Pole One," initiating her interference against Marine.
