Description
Sindaco holds the elected office of Mayor in Tokyo City, alternatively known as New Townsville in some regions. Tasked with municipal governance and public safety, he responds to an ecological crisis by alerting Professor Utonium at the National Science Laboratory when a massive glacier threatens the city. After the Powerpuff Girls Z's first triumph over Mojo Jojo, he officially designates them as the city's protectors.
This version of Sindaco presents a more conventional appearance than his American counterpart, standing at average height without distinctive accessories such as a top hat or monocle. Though generally more sensible and less overtly childish, he occasionally displays moments of dim-wittedness. His administration leans heavily on his assistant, Ms. Bellum, who manages most administrative tasks and serves as the primary strategist.
He shares a familial tie with his brother, the principal of the school attended by the Powerpuff Girls Z. Across the series, manga, and related media, Sindaco's role remains confined to his official duties without significant character evolution or expanded backstory.
