Description
Nyanma, originally known as Chocolat, emerges as the primary antagonist throughout most of the series. Driven by the goal of destroying the Novel Worlds and exacting revenge on Princess Aura, she commands the Jyarei Monsters and the Jyarei Four Kings under the Jyarei Goddess Bagi's direction.

Her origin lies as Chocolat, a cat spirit and Gao's romantic partner. Disqualified from the Zodiac race due to Bagi's orchestrated deception—a fate echoing the mythological exclusion of the cat from Asian zodiac legends—this event fueled her deep-seated resentment and transformation into Nyanma.

As Nyanma, her antagonism manifests through sending Jyarei Monsters to invade and distort Novel World stories, intending to collapse the Novel Pole and sink Mugen. She strategically possesses characters within these worlds to evade the protagonists. Her actions are propelled by consuming rage and hatred.

A pivotal revelation in Episode 30 exposes her true identity as Chocolat. Learning the full truth of Bagi's manipulation regarding her Zodiac disqualification shifts her path, triggering significant transformation.

In the final arc, specifically Episode 38, Nyanma confronts the remaining protagonists on Dark Mugen Island. Following a fierce battle and realization of the truths underpinning her beliefs, she reforms at the last moment. She allies with the protagonists to help defeat her former master, Bagi, marking her redemption.

After the series concludes, she embarks on a journey of atonement for the damage caused during her time as an antagonist. Her character theme is "Jyareiou Nyanma."
