Description
Leona Morimoto commands the Social Club at Saint Arcadia School, wielding significant influence and fear among students. Her authority derives from the Morimoto family's control, with her older sister Reina as headmistress. The Morimoto Financial Group exploits its leverage over indebted student families. Leona specifically targets transfer student Takurō Hayami upon discovering his "Ultimate Sex Power," aiming to enslave him personally. She employs coercion and manipulation, including kidnapping Takurō's love interest and historical rival, Saori Otokawa, to pressure him into the club. Their rivalry involves past humiliations, though the anime adaptation tones down Leona's original game extremes.

In Episode 3, Leona suffers a traumatic kidnapping and rape by male faculty, led by the vice-principal. This event shapes her subsequent actions, triggering recurring fantasies and masturbation linked to the trauma. She operates under Reina's directives; Reina established the academy explicitly for Leona's pleasure. Reina's surveillance network and secret laboratories enable the Morimotos' systemic exploitation of students for political and financial gain, including blackmailing families to supply students for elite orgies. While Leona drives much conflict as the primary antagonist, Reina orchestrates the broader system.

A notable adaptation change escalates the Morimotos' villainy: the anime depicts a dedicated facility for transforming women into sex slaves, contrasting the game's lower corruption scale. Conversely, Leona's personal cruelty is softened; her game counterpart faces graphic retaliation, while the anime concludes merely with her power diminished. Her tactical shortcomings are occasionally highlighted, like writing a safe combination directly on the safe. Leona's design features princess curls or drills, with an adaptation-specific change from blue eyes (game) to violet (anime), and a red bondage outfit replacing the original black. Across all media, her narrative revolves around maintaining dominance through sexual and institutional control, ultimately challenged by Takurō, Saori, and allied resistance.
