Description
Han Daewi begins as a muscular high school student, 180cm tall and 73kg, with brown hair and light-brown eyes. He consistently wears his school uniform, declaring it essential for combat. After The King takes his right eye, he covers it with bandages. Inheriting the Wisdom of the Sage later reopens that eye, revealing a glowing Ω symbol within the pupil. Seventeen years after Ragnarök, he sports a thin goatee and adopts a disheveled appearance: a dirty green jumper over a white shirt, a tattered blue overcoat, dark pants, and stylish footwear.

His formative background centers on his deep friendship with Seungtae Woo. At fifteen, the delinquent Daewi met Seungtae following a fight. They battled rival groups together, earning the shared moniker "Mad Cow." When Seungtae developed terminal cancer, Daewi worked relentlessly at multiple jobs to fund his medical care, showcasing fierce determination. This financial struggle drove him to enter the God of High School tournament, seeking the wish grant to cure his friend. After Seungtae's death, Daewi's focus shifted entirely to supporting his friends Jin Mori and Yu Mira, placing their goals above his own.

Daewi typically displays a calm, laid-back demeanor but possesses intense protectiveness towards his friends. Insults or threats against them instantly ignite his temper, prompting confrontations regardless of an opponent's power. His loyalty is absolute, extending to risking his life for others. Though he considers himself less intellectually gifted than peers like Baek Seung-Chul, he exhibits sharp analytical skills, deducing the true form of the Dance of Four Gods technique and repeatedly defeating the cheating King at Janggi.

A master of Full-Contact Karate, Daewi possesses superhuman physical prowess: immense strength, endurance, agility, speed, and reflexes. He temporarily matched Gang Man-Suk's power, helped destroy an artificial island, effortlessly caught Zeus's punch, and obliterated multiple Second Heavenly Realm gods with a single strike. His reflexes allowed him to stop Yu Mira's sword slash between his palms, and his speed briefly surprised even Supreme God Mubong.

His initial Charyeok, Haetae, is a water-based entity resembling a blue dog-like creature. It grants him hydrokinesis for creating water blades, waves, and mist, alongside nitikinesis for bubble generation. Haetae's saliva also has limited healing properties. Training with Judge Q enabled Daewi to seamlessly integrate Haetae's abilities with his karate, enhancing both disciplines.

During Ragnarök, The King revived Daewi by transferring the Jade Emperor's "Wisdom of the Sage" through his right eye. This bestowed divine powers: creation for reconstructing limbs and objects, healing capable of alleviating but not curing terminal illnesses, barrier generation, and nature manipulation. Crucially, it granted fundamental force manipulation—control over gravity, electromagnetism, and the strong and weak nuclear forces. Gravity manipulation became his signature ability, exerting forces up to 1,000 times normal, bending space to redirect attacks, or compressing matter. Strong nuclear force manipulation enabled nuclear fusion-level blasts, obliterating Zeus's upper body. Combining attraction/repulsion forces with his strikes amplified their impact, punching through multiple gods. Initially, using these powers without the King's physical body inflicted severe recoil, damaging his right eye and shortening his lifespan.

After nearly dying against Park Mubong, Yu Mira saved Daewi by transferring her portion of the King's physical power, granting him the "King's Body." This eliminated his abilities' recoil and vastly amplified all physical attributes—strength, endurance, speed, and durability. Possessing both the Wisdom of the Sage and the King's Body transformed him into a full god. Michael the Archangel noted this synergy could make him surpass the original Jade Emperor in his prime.

Seventeen years post-Ragnarök, Daewi became one of The Six, the world's most influential figures, titled "Wise of the East." His organization ranked second only to the World Government in power. Following the "Advent of Maitreya" and Nox's disbandment, he fully embraced his role as the Jade Emperor. In the final timeline, he lives happily with Yu Mira, working for the World Government under Park Ilpyo.
