Shou Kurogane is a high school student attending the same school as Yama Rikudou, who secretly carries out her demon hunter duties while enrolled. He becomes the object of Yama's romantic interest, implied to originate from a past life connection suggesting Shou might be the reincarnation of someone she once loved.

Shou interacts with classmates Kaoru and Sawaguchi, with Kaoru noted as potentially being his girlfriend. His life becomes entangled in supernatural events when an evil witch, posing as the principal's granddaughter, terrorizes students using monstrous creatures. Shou requires saving from these threats.
