OVA
Description
Kyoshiro Nagumo owned Aoi ZIP Formula during the SAGA events, authorizing the development and deployment of the Al-Zard NP-1 racing car equipped with a dangerous bio-computer. This decision resulted in critical incidents during testing and races, leading to Nagumo's legal repercussions and imprisonment.

After his release during the SIN timeline, Nagumo returned upon learning Aoi ZIP Formula faced potential disbandment if they failed to win the 2022 championship, further hampered by their outdated Ex-Superion Z/A-10 car. He sought out lead driver Bleed Kaga, expressing sympathy for Kaga's struggles and informing him of the team's crisis.

Nagumo revealed his motivation stemmed from his family legacy. He disclosed the existence of the prototype Ogre AN-21 in his mansion's basement, utilizing a bio-computer system developed by his deceased elder brother, Masaki Nagumo. This system had caused fatal accidents when test drivers couldn't meet its demands. Believing Kaga possessed the necessary skill and resolve, Nagumo presented him with the Ogre, declaring it the only machine capable of rivaling Hayato Kazami's Asurada. He framed Kaga's mastery of the Ogre as a way to honor his brother's work and achieve vindication.

His actions directly shaped the 2022 season. Kaga succeeded in mastering the Ogre and won the championship, but Nagumo's intervention also contributed to Aoi ZIP Formula's dissolution after the season. Following Kaga's victory and retirement from Cyber Formula, Nagumo received a farewell message. He conveyed gratitude to Kaga on behalf of his late brother, Masaki.

No documented activities exist for Nagumo beyond the SAGA and SIN story arcs in other seasons, movies, OVAs, or spin-offs.
