Description
Henri Claytor is a French driver in Future GPX Cyber Formula ZERO. Losing his mother young, he was raised solely by his father, a motorsports driver. Pressured by his father, Henri pursued karting, aiming to become the youngest Cyber Formula champion at 14. When Hayato Kazami secured that record by winning the 10th championship at 14, Henri's father abandoned him, descending into alcoholism and directing verbal abuse his way. This fueled Henri's deep animosity and hatred towards Kazami.

Henri debuted in Cyber Formula in 2017 with Theodolite T.T., replacing Albert Giacometti. He became the first driver for the team to qualify and score championship points, securing their only points that season at the British Grand Prix. During that race, he aggressively blocked Hayato Kazami's Super Asurada multiple times, forcing it wide. This contributed to Kazami colliding with Karl L. V. Randoll's Issuxark 008 after Kazami entered the Zero Realm, resulting in a severe crash that hospitalized both drivers.

Following Theodolite T.T.'s buyout and Hayato's temporary retirement due to injury, Henri joined Sugo Grand Prix for 2018. Driving the Garland SF-01, he became a title contender against rivals like Bleed Kaga. Upon Hayato's mid-season return, Henri maintained a facade of cooperation while harboring resentment. Before the African Grand Prix, he falsely claimed Hayato assaulted him, displaying a self-inflicted facial injury to turn other drivers against Kazami, though this failed. During the rain-affected final race in Japan, Henri nearly spun out but was assisted by Hayato, who ensured Henri gained positions to secure the 2018 championship title.

Henri blamed Hayato for his father's abandonment. Their rivalry peaked at the 2018 Norwegian Grand Prix. On the final lap, Henri attempted to block Hayato's overtake on a banked curve. Swerving aggressively, his Garland scraped the wall and crashed into a snowy field. This prompted self-reflection, as Henri realized his obsession with defeating Hayato had compromised his racing integrity. His development culminated in the 2018 Fujioka final round, where he accepted Hayato's strategic support against Bleed Kaga, signaling a shift from hatred to competitive respect.

Henri continued driving for Sugo through 2022, achieving moderate success with upgraded models like the Garland SF-03. Inconsistent performances led him to join Missing Link in 2023. His journey depicts a progression from vengeance-driven aggression towards a focus on racing excellence, moving beyond his traumatic past.
