As the creator of Saddrac, he clashed with the ancient god Baroquegun in a pivotal battle, destroying its core unit but losing most of his power, leaving only his soul. This soul eventually chose Musha Gundam Mark III as a new core unit; interference from Baroquegun's grudge later caused Mark III to split into Knight Gundam and Satan Gundam in the far future. Functioning as Saddrac's guardian deity, Superior Dragon intervenes solely during crises. During the conflict with Dark Emperor Sieg Zeon, Knight Gundam and Neo Black Dragon fused into him, manifesting as a golden knight of light who destroyed Sieg Zeon in a single strike before ascending as a star. Later, he aided Gunrex by destroying machine soldiers and warned Knight Amuro and Vassal Knight GP01 about Runerex's awakening. He combined with GP01 to form Vassal Lord Superior Gundam, sacrificing himself to stab Rune Caloz's core, disappearing alongside Gunrex and Rune Caloz. Recovering strength, he assisted Knight GP01 against Satan Gundam and appeared as Superior Dragon EX to summon Knight GP01 into Gunrex, halting the moon's collision with Saddrac. After Sieg Zeon's defeat, he resumed his guardian role. Evolving into Superior Dragon SR, he guided Zero Gundam to obtain the Thunder Sword and summoned Gunrex and Gungenesis. During the Gold Saga, he sacrificed himself to purify the sun during the Corona Nova, leaving his Golden Soul to empower ten individuals. Resurrected as the dark Devil Superior by Dark Lord Master Gundam, he was purified by Sun Knight God Gundam and reborn as Superior Kaiser. As Superior Dragon Z, he healed the world after chaos, creating the new god Sunborn and the Angel Clan. He later formed Knight Unicorn Gundam and Black Knight Banshee from beast spirits to stabilize the fused worlds of Saddrac and Llion Cardzi, then departed for another dimension. In a subsequent appearance, he manifested through Mineva to commend Knight Unicorn Gundam's growth, advising the use of the Phantom Beast Armor before vanishing. An alternate depiction in *Superior Defender Gundam Force* presents Superior Dragon as a legendary fusion of Feather Dragon and Steel Dragon, represented in ancient etchings. His power manifested through collective energy from Hyper Captain Gundam, Bakushinmaru, and Zero Custom to rescue Shute from General Zeong.
