While guarding these vital artifacts, the Zeon Clan inflicted a curse upon her, transforming her physical form into that of a Slime Adzam. Trapped within this cursed state, her brother, Knight Char, also known as the Golden Knight, searches tirelessly for a means to break the enchantment. Knight Sayla remains imprisoned by the curse until Knight Gundam and his companions confront and defeat Sorceress Lalah; this victory directly lifts the curse, restoring Knight Sayla to her original knightly form. Following her restoration, she resumes her duties as a knight in the Lacroa Kingdom. Throughout these events, her brother maintains his identity as Knight Char, solidifying their familial bond within the fantasy setting.
