Turbo is the first son of inventor Senbei Norimaki and Midori Yamabuki. His origin stems from a critical encounter where aliens nearly killed him. These aliens saved his life, but their revival process accidentally granted him multiple superhuman abilities: teleportation, flight, and telekinesis. This transformation also vastly expanded his intellect, resulting in genius-level intelligence that surpasses his father's. Turbo is part of a unique family unit alongside his robotic aunt, Arale, and the angelic entity Gatchan. His role in family activities includes participating in adventures like the underwater expedition initiated when Arale rescued a baby shark. This event led the entire Norimaki family to accept an invitation to visit the sharks' underwater kingdom, placing Turbo within this group dynamic.
