Originally Peter Jinshi of the Wakajinshi group led by Saint Phoenix, Jintei Peter emerged after a profound transformation. During the team's quests, including the search for Jikai, Peter Jinshi received empowerment from Aurora Oujin, one of the Jikai Arch Tenshi. This process transformed him into Jintei Peter, meaning "Divine Emperor Peter."

The transformation granted Jintei Peter enhanced combat capabilities and distinctive equipment: a shield bearing Aurora Oujin's visage, a sword, and a mask – standard attributes for those elevated to the Jintei state. This status marks a substantial rise in power and responsibility, aligning him with similarly transformed Wakajinshi members empowered by other Jikai Arch Tenshi.
