Head Rococo evolves as a powered-up form of Saint Phoenix within the Akuma vs Tenshi Seal universe, leading the Wakajinshi group to protect the angelic realm. During his leadership, a pivotal death sequence sees him transfer his remaining power to Yamato Jintei, enabling Yamato's transformation into Yamato Bakushin and succession as Wakajinshi leader. Revived by Seishin Nadia and Aizen Kaguya, Head Rococo reemerges as Ando Rokoko.

In *Bikkuriman: Moen Zone no Himitsu*, he joins Yamato Ouji's mission seeking the Jikai. Witnessing an Omamori under Akuma attack, the group intervenes but is incapacitated. Awakening in the sanctuary of the Muen Zone, Head Rococo aids in defending its Omamori inhabitants against further Akuma assaults.

Beyond core media, Head Rococo features in video games. *Bikkuriman World* casts him as the player's primary character, tasked by Super Zeus to defeat antagonist Shiso Jura.
