Kiki’s brother, identified as Shibari (Japanese) or Harvey Harpy (English), serves initially as a loyal subordinate to antagonist Queen Auriana. Transformed into a harpy alongside other youths, he aids in capturing Jack’s animal allies and enforcing the queen’s rule, often employing a lasso to ambush targets. His zealous pursuits, however, are riddled with comedic blunders that undermine his missions.

When Queen Auriana exiles Allegra (Kiky) to glacial caves for failing to apprehend Jack, Harvey’s loyalty fractures. He publicly mourns Allegra’s plight, condemning the queen’s brutality and defying her authority. Driven by empathy, he allies with Jack to infiltrate the castle, navigating its hazards to free Allegra.

After the queen’s defeat collapses her dominion, the harpy curse dissolves. Harvey regains his human form, joining liberated peers in joyous celebration. His journey traces a path from dutiful enforcer to compassionate rebel, spurred by disillusionment with tyranny and a commitment to protect those he once targeted.
