Description
Fieg Kamara serves as a soldier in NATO forces during 2035. While conducting combat operations in Europe, the mechanized unit he pilots with two comrades is torn from their world by an unexpected teleportation event, depositing them in an unknown fantasy realm. Exploring this strange land, his commanding officer falls to giant insects, and another comrade is bisected by a beastman warrior named Agora. Fieg narrowly escapes in the damaged mech, only to crash over a cliff edge.

Rescued by an unidentified wizard, he is taken to the kingdom of Xanadu for recovery. Upon awakening, he suffers complete amnesia, retaining only the memory of his name. With no recollection of Earth or his military past, he integrates into life within Xanadu, his existence shifting focus entirely to this new world.

A pivotal moment arrives when he encounters Princess Rielle. Together, they accidentally trigger a magical vision revealing the brutal demise of Rielle's father, the former king; his upper body violently destroyed by a spiked ball-and-chain weapon wielded by hostile forces. This shared trauma propels them on a quest to locate the fabled Dragon Slayer sword, believed capable of countering the dark magic threatening their realm.

His soldier's background manifests as combat proficiency, marking him as a weapon master. The narrative does not explore recovery of his lost memories. Though originating from advanced technology, he adapts to the fantasy setting without dwelling on his displacement. A significant development occurs later in the quest when he rediscovers his original damaged mech. He reactivates and briefly deploys this advanced weaponry in a critical battle against monstrous foes, demonstrating pragmatic resourcefulness. Unexpected humor surfaces occasionally, like attempting to negotiate with monsters after defeating their allies. His actions consistently prioritize confronting threats and protecting allies, especially Rielle, though deep exploration of his internal psychology remains absent.
