During this session, Shin requested a group photo, prompting Chise to pose alongside Touma and Kino.

He joined the squadron's cherry blossom formation commemoration party on April 5th, sharing a moment of camaraderie while observing shooting stars. His daily routine included cleaning duties with Haruto, Kino, Raiden, Tohzan, and Touma, featuring playful mishaps like accidentally striking Raiden with a cloth during improvised hockey. Chise engaged in leisure activities such as card games with Kariya and Kuroto post-battle and board games with squadron members, reacting to peers' lighthearted teasing.

Chise fought in numerous combat operations against the Legion, witnessing the losses of Mina, Kujo, Kaie, Daiya, Lecca, Mikuri, Myna, and Shuri. On August 27th, during a mission, he was killed in an artillery ambush alongside Touma, Kino, and Kuroto. His Griffin unit failed to evade a direct hit, suffering catastrophic destruction with no recoverable parts from his M1A4 Juggernaut. Shin later used a wing from Chise's model plane as a grave marker, marking him as the squadron's twelfth casualty.

He maintained a hobby of building model planes, noted for his meticulous attention to detail and creative approach. His symbolic flower was the chrysanthemum, and his callsign "Griffin" invoked the mythical lion-eagle hybrid. Within squadron dynamics, he acknowledged Raiden as vice-captain and Shin as captain following their unanimous appointments.
