Later adopting the codename 'Last Train' (Shuden), Shinobe seeks membership in Team Wild, a covert anti-terrorist unit. During recruitment trials at the Elkatraz mercenary training site, she undertakes a physical test requiring navigation of a slippery obstacle course strewn with banana peels while maintaining over 85% target accuracy. Though failing to meet the five-minute time requirement, she secures her position by defeating incumbent member Dantotsu in a poker game.

As a Team Wild operative during the Panama Canal crisis, Shinobe participates in a critical hostage rescue mission aboard the luxury cruiser Double Sea. Operating under Japo's leadership, she combats terrorists and corrupt forces. During the final assault, she collaborates with Looks to assist Japo in confronting primary antagonist Wolf (Nagashima), resulting in her death alongside Looks.
