OVA
Description
Dr. Takeshi Aikawa is an archaeologist dedicated to researching the ancient Indian princess Surya of the Gupta Empire. His pursuit leads to the discovery of Surya's body preserved in Himalayan ice. To revive her, he resorts to an unconventional ritual using the ceremonial Sex Grail (or Sex Chalice), requiring the combination of semen and female fluids to activate its restorative power, blending scientific inquiry with esoteric practices.

He maintains a close professional partnership with his assistant, Shakti (real name Irene Adolfo), frequently engaging in sexual relationships with her as depicted in the manga, extending their dynamic beyond scholarly collaboration into personal intimacy. His grandson, Ryu Aikawa, becomes involved in his endeavors following confrontations with the antagonistic Naga Tribe targeting the professor's Surya research.

During the quest to thwart Prince Rudra's ambitions, Dr. Aikawa orchestrates a crucial ritual at Khajuraho Temple. Utilizing the Cup of Death—a counterpart to the Sex Grail—he performs a ritualistic foursome sexual position with Shakti, Yukari (Ryu's girlfriend), and Hige Godzilla. This act mirrors erotic temple sculptures and successfully opens a portal to Shambhala, enabling him and his allies to confront Rudra at the climax. His academic expertise encompasses the Kama Sutra, studied both as a historical text and a personal interest, openly acknowledging his preoccupation with its sexual aspects.

In the OVA adaptation, his sexual relationship with Shakti is omitted, though his role in reviving Surya and utilizing the Sex Grail remains consistent. The Khajuraho Temple ritual is also absent from the anime, streamlining his involvement in accessing Shambhala. After the primary conflict resolves, he facilitates the group's return to Earth via the mythical Boat of Garuda and oversees the return of the Sacred Egg and Sex Grail to their original resting place within a sculptural repository.
